摘　　要：在太阳能资源区划的基础上，计算得出不同地区的优化设计参数。编制完成了太阳房的计算机辅助设计软件包及被动式太阳能建筑施工操作要求和验收标准。同时，利用本软件包设计，按“标准”进行施工的示范工程，达到了预期的性能指标。The optimum design parameters computed on the basis of solar resources division,computer aided design software for passive solar buildings,and the standard for construction and check rules of passive solar building are introduced in the paper A demonstration building designed by this software and constructed by clauses of the rules has achieved expected performance index
