白蚁匀浆液对大鼠体内抗脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘　　要：选用8月龄Wistar健康雄性大鼠30只，以血清LPO、红细胞SOD和全血Se－GSH－Px为观察指标，实验观察期为8周。结果显示：灌饲白蚁匀浆液组的大鼠与对照组比较，血清LPO含量明显降低，红细胞SOD和全血Se－GSH－PX活力明显升高。提示：白蚁匀浆液具有抗脂质过氧化作用，进而推测可能具有延缓衰老的作用。The antioxidation of termite homogenate in rats was studied. Thirty 8 - month old wistar rats were selected, and randomly divided into control group, low and hight concentration group of termite extract. After feeding with the diet for 8 weeks, the results showed that the LPO levels in serum of the low and high concentration group of termite homogenate were obviously lower than the control group; the SODactivities in RBC, the GSH - Px activities in blood were significantly increased. It was suggcsted that termite homogenate could improve the activities of antioxidant in vivo, and inhibit the occurrence of lipid peroxidation.
