摘  要:镇海炼油化工股份有限公司污水处理场二期工程改造设计中,污水一级处理隔油、气浮采用高效密闭除油器和高效密闭气浮设备,代替了传统的隔油池、气浮池;平面布置采用框架结构,立体布置减少了占地,实现了污水一级处理装置化;污水二级处理采用推流式和多点布水混合式改进型膜法A/O生化工艺,有效的防止了硝化菌的流失,提高了生化处理效果;为了防止大气污染,生化池设计了玻璃钢密闭盖板、引风装置,将A/O生化池中的臭气引至生物碳塔吸收、氧化分解后高空排放,实现了污水处理无害化。污水深度处理采用流砂过滤器、复合药剂、加氯消毒综合处理工艺,首次实现了炼油污水回用的目标。该工程的新技术,为炼油污水设计提供了一条新的设计途径。In the phase-2 revamp project of wastewater treatment plant in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , the high-efficiency airtight oil separator and DAF equipment were provided to replace conventional API separator and ADF pit for the primary treatment. Framework structure was constructed to install the facilities to reduce plot area requirement so as to operate the primary treatment facility like a process unit. In the secondary treatment, the modified membrane A/O biochemical process was applied, which has effectively reduced the loss of nitrating bacteria and enhanced the treatment efficiency. To prevent the pollution to atmosphere, FRP cover and draft air blower were designed for the biochemical treatment basin. The foul gas is routed to carbon absorber and released to atmosphere after absorption and oxidation. The water which is further treated by sand filter, compound chemicals and chloride are reutilized in refinery operation. The new wastewater treatment process provides an effective means for refinery waste water treatment.
