灭菌包质量缺陷原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的 探讨保证医疗器械灭菌包质量、避免院内感染和医患纠纷发生的对策。方法作者先对本院2005年5月1日至2005年12月30日（简称整改前）供应室及各临床科室医疗器械灭菌包质量进行检测及缺陷原因分析；提出对策后，医院对供应室等进行整改，并再次对灭菌包质量进行检测且与整改前进行比较。结果 整改措施实施6个月后，本院不合格灭菌包检出率显著降低为6．46％（P〈0．05）；其中医疗器械清洗不合格率也显著降低为7．04％（P〈0．01）。结论 消毒物品实行中心供应室集中处理和供应，并加强中心供应室专业化、系统化管理是确保医疗器械灭菌包质量、避免院内感染和医患纠纷的有效方法。Objective How to assure the quality of that packs sterilized, and to avoid the arise of infecting in hospital and colliding between doctor and patient. Methods Assay the packs sterilized after purged and packed from supply room and clinical departments from May 1, 2005 to December30, 2005 （before transforma- tion for short） and find the unqualified reason, and then transform supply room etc, and assay packs sterilized again, and compare them with that packs before transformation. Results After transforming six months, the rate of unqualified packs sterilized reduce considerably to 6. 46% （ P 〈 0. 05） , with the rate of unqualified medical apparatuses purged reduce considerably to 7. 04% （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion That concentrate disposing and serving articles and intensify professional and systematizing administration of center supply room, it is an effective method to insure the quality of that packs sterilized, and to avoid the arise of infecting in hospital and colliding between doctor and patient.
