下肢静脉相关疾病系统化弹力支持指导训练的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨系统化下肢弹力支持指导训练对下肢静脉相关疾病康复的影响。方法 随机将68例（83肢）下肢浅静脉曲张分为康复组和对照组，康复组采用药物治疗同时辅以弹力支持指导训练，对照组采用单纯药物治疗；DVT及K—Ts综合征患者采用药物治疗辅以弹力支持指导训练。治疗后，所有患者随访半年，进行疗效评定及心理状态评估。结果 康复组患者有效率评价优于对照组，DVT及K—Ts综合征患者症状得到有效改善。结论 系统化下肢弹力支持指导训练对下肢静脉相关疾病的康复有良好的效果。Objective Discuss the effect that systematization lower limbs elastic force supports to guide the disease training to lower limbs vein relevance to recover from the illness. Methods 68 example （83 limbs） lower limbs shallow varication were divides into the group who recovers from the illness and the collation group randomly, the group who recovers from the illness adopt medication with elastic force support guiding training , control group adopt simple medication at the same time; DVT and K - Ts syndrom adopt medication to add up with elastic force support guiding training. For the half a yearof following up, the curative effect and psychological state evaluation were carried out. Results The patient of group who recovers from the illness has better efficiency evaluation than control group , DVT and K - Ts syndrom gets effective improvement. Conclusion Systematization lower limbs elastic force support guiding having fine effect on the recovery of lower limbs vein relevance disease.
