摘 要:对甲烷直接氧化法、甲醇空气氧化法、甲醇脱氢法等甲醛制备方法的特点进行了介绍,综述了各制备方法中所用催化剂的研究进展。甲烷直接氧化法制甲醛的催化剂体系有Mo基催化剂、V基催化剂、含Fe催化剂等;甲醇空气氧化法制甲醛的催化剂体系主要有Ag催化剂及Fe-Mo催化剂;甲醇脱氢法制甲醛的催化剂体系有金属及其氧化物、碱金属盐及沸石分子筛催化剂;二甲醚选择氧化制甲醛的催化剂中,负载型MoOx和VOx催化剂的催化性能较好。开发二甲醚氧化法制甲醛的高效催化剂具有潜在的优势。The various methods of formaldehyde synthesis, including selective oxidation of methane, methanol oxidation, methanol dehydrogenation and selective oxidation of dimethyl ether, were introduced. Categories of catalysts used in formaldehyde synthesis were reviewed. The catalyst systems for selective oxidation of methane include Mo - based catalysts, V - based catalysts, Fe - containing catalysts etc. , among which Ag -based catalysts and Fe -Mo oxide catalysts are two main catalytic systems concerning oxidation of methanol. The catalytic systems for dehydrogenation of methanol to formaldehyde were classified into groups of metals, metal oxides, alkali metal salts and zeolites. In selective oxidation of dimethyl ether to formaldehyde, supported MoOx and VOx catalysts show good catalytic properties. Development of efficient catalysts for selective oxidation of dimethyl ether to formaldehyde would be of promising potential.
