摘　　要：本文应用控制网优化设计理论，设计了同步辐射加速器储存环变形监测网。该设计在同时满足精度约束、可靠性约束、灵敏度约束、可区分性约束和基准约束的前提下，使得观测费用达到最省。文中还给出了在最优网遭到破坏时可采用的次优网和备用网。In view of the optimum design theory of control network,monitoring network is designed for synchro-radiation accelerator storage ring, in which the observation costs are minimum while meeting the constraints of accuracy, reliability, sensitivity, identify and datum. Furthermore, both the second optimum network and the spare one are also given in case of something damaged.
