摘　　要：因为首次选型和安装存在一定缺陷,导致火炬气回收装置1号螺杆压缩机严重失效。为了保证生产安全平稳,采用换型的办法对其进行技术改造。分析对比了改造前后两种压缩机的特点,并对压缩机组的平稳运行提出了对策。The No. 1 screw compressor in flare gas recovery has failed due to inexperience in equipment selection and defects in installation. To ensure a safe reliable operation, a revamp has been implemented by selecting a new type compressor. The characteristics of the two compressors before and after the revamp have been compared and effective measures have been proposed for the stable operation of the compressor train.
