黄连素伍用谷维素对血脂和体重的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黄连素(盐酸小檗碱,Ber)伍用谷维素对血脂异常患者血脂和体重影响。方法:将血脂异常的心血管病患者109例分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(41例);治疗组给予Ber加谷维素治疗,对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗;测定2组治疗前后血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、血糖(BG)、载脂蛋白B(apo-B)、肝肾功能及体重。结果:治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、BG以及apo-B血浆浓度分别由治疗前的(6.25±0.19)、(3.24±0.25)、(3.78±0.13)、(7.56±0.6)mmol/L以及(1.01±0.09)g/L降至治疗后的(4.51±0.09)、(1.80±0.12)、(2.82±0.10)、(6.16±0.29)mmol/L以及(0.77±0.23)g/L,治疗前后比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前后对肾功能无明显影响(P>0.05),18例转氨酶等异常者明显改善至正常。2组降TC的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而降TG则差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组BMI≥25的41例中,34例体重由治疗前的(71.75±1.88)kg下降至治疗后的(66.63±1.83)kg(P<0.01)。其中,体重下降≥5kg者20例,且无明显不良反应;对照组体重治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ber不但有显著的降低TC、TG、LDL-C、BG、apo-B作用,且对肥胖症治疗有显著疗效,是一高效、廉价、安全的调脂减肥药物。Objective：To study the effect of berberine and oryzanol on hyperlipidemia and body weight reduction in patients. Method：One hundred and nine patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups： berberine and oryzanol treatment group（68 cases）, simvastatin treatment group （41 cases）. Plasma levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C,apo-B,BG, hepatic and nepric test and the body weight were measured before and after therapy. Result：Plasma TC,TG,LDL-C,apo-B, BG（〉6.1） levels decreased from（6.25±0.19）, （3.24 ± 0.25 ）, （3.78 ± 0. 13）,（1.01±0. 09）, （7. 56±0. 6） mmol/L to （4. 51±0. 09）, （1. 480±0. 12）, （2. 82±0. 10）, （0. 77±0. 23）, （6.16 ±0.29） mmol/L respectively, and there were significant differences before and after berberine treatment（P 〈0. 001）. There was no significant difference in the plasma TC level between berberine and simvastatin groups. However, there was significant difference in the plasma TG level between berberine and simvastatin groups. Body weight reduced in patients with BMI≥25 from （71. 75±8） to （66. 63±1.83 ）kg （P〈0. 01）. Among 20 cases （59 %） reduced weight ≥5 kg, the maximum decrement was 12.5 kg. Conclusion：Berberine has an effective role in lowering plasma TC,TG, LDL-C,apo-B levels, which may be superior to simvastatin in mixed hyperlipidemia, and has not obvious side effects.
