摘 要:采用CIRAS-1便携式光合作用测定系统测定了梨(Pyrus pyrifolia L.)不同类型枝条叶片的光合特性,结果表明,长、中、短果枝叶片的净光合速率(Pn)无显著差异,但随着果枝长度的增加Pn逐渐下降,短果枝叶片的Pn显著高于营养枝;短果枝叶片的气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用率(WUE)、CO2饱和点(CSP)均较高,而光补偿点(LCP)、暗呼吸(Rd)较低,长果枝叶片的细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)、光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)高于中、短果枝。结果枝叶片的Gs、Tr、Ci、LSP、AQY、Rd高于营养枝,而WUE、CO2补偿点(CCP)、LCP则相反。The photosynthesis characteristics of leaves of different shoot types in pear(Pyrus pyrifolia L.) were studied through portable photosynthesis system CIRAS-1.The results showed that:the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of leaves of long fruit branch, middle fruit branch and fruit spur were not significantly different,but the Pn was gradually reduced with the increase of length of fruit-bearing shoots. The Pn of leaves of fruit spur were significantly higher than that of nutritive shoots.The stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr), water use efficiency (WUE),CO2 saturation point (CSP) of leaves of fruit spur were higher,and the light compensation point (LSP) and dark respiration (Rd) were lower.The intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), LSP,apparance quantum yield (AQY) and carborxylation efficiency (CE) of leaves of long fruit branch were higher than that of middle fruit branch and fruit spur.The Gs, Ci, Tr, LSP,AQY and Rd of the fruit-bearing shoots were higher than that of nutritive shoots, and the WUE、CCP、LCP were opposite.
