饲料中添加酵母复合物对中华绒螯蟹的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：在以鱼粉、豆粕、玉米粉和麦麸为主要原料配制的中华绒螯蟹（Eriocheir sinensis）饲料中,分别添加酵母复合物0.0（对照）、1.0、10.0、15.0、20.0、25.0g/kg,投喂体重（31.54±3.12）g的中华绒螯蟹28d后,测定试验蟹的酚氧化酶（PO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、碱性磷酸酶（AKP）、酸性磷酸酶（ACP）、溶菌酶（UL）和抗菌力（Ua）等指标,判断饲料中不同添加量的酵母复合物对中华绒螯蟹的免疫调节作用。结果表明,酵母复合物对中华绒螯蟹各组织器官中的PO、SOD、AKP、ACP、UL和Ua等活性有显著或极显著的影响（t测验,P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,在受试范围内,随着酵母复合物添加量的增加,PO、AKP、ACP、UL和Ua等活性显著上升,表明中华绒螯蟹的非特异免疫力增强,而SOD活性显著下降（P〈0.05）,证明酵母复合物还具有抗氧化的能力。将酵母复合物在饲料中适量添加能有效地增强中华绒螯蟹的非特异性免疫力,其添加量以10.0-25.0g/kg为宜。The immunoregulation of the immune factors on the Chinese Mitten-Handed Crab(Eriocheir sinensis) (initial mean weight of 31.54±3.12 g)was studied.The Chinese Mitten-Handed Crab were divided into 6 groups and were fed with feed supplemented with different ratio of yeast complex,that was 0.0(control group),1.0,10.0,15.0,20.0,25.0 g/kg,respectively.28 days later,the activities of phenoloxidase(PO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP),lysozyme(UL) and antibacterial performance(Ua)were monitored.The results indicated that the effects of dietary yeast complex on the activities of PO,SOD,AKP,ACP,UL and Ua in the tissues and organ of Eriocheir sinensis were significantly different(t-test,P<0.05 or P<0.01).The activities of PO, AKP,ACP,UL and Ua in the serum, muscle and hepatopancrea of Eriocheir sinensis were significantly enhanced by yeast complex supplement,increasing in the test range from 1.0 g/kg diet to 25 g/kg diet(t-test,P<0.05 or P<0.01).However, the activities of SOD in the serum, muscle and hepatopancrea were significantly lowered.Compared with the control group,the disease-resistance of the oral-challenged group and the injection-challenged group were boosted by 16.6%~45.9% and 16.6%~45.9%,respectively.Yeast complex was shown to increase non-specific immunity when mitten-handed crabs were fed with diets containing 1.0~25.0 g/kg diet yeast complex.
