摘  要:以2a生海棠砧新红星苹果盆栽苗为试材,研究了物候期对苹果体内破同化物分配的影响。结果表明,新消这长期叶片14C同化物的库强和库活性最高,其次是当年生新捎,主干和根系的库强和库活性相对较弱;从新梢连长期到营养贮备期,叶片14C同化物的库强和库活性逐渐降低,其它器官或组织间的库强和库活性逐渐增加。就结合进不同物质14C而言,新梢速长期结合进结构物质的14C最多,其次是可溶性14C,结合进淀粉的14C最少。新梢缓长期结合进结构物质的减少而结合进可溶性物质和淀粉的14C增多;营养贮备期结合进淀粉的14C最多,结合进可溶性物质的14C次之,以结合进结构物质14C的最少。The effect of phenological period on the parttioning of carbon assimilates in appletree was studied with the materials of 2-year-old Starkrimson. The results showed that thestrongest sink strength and activity of 14C-assilimates was the leaves,next to the shoots,thetrunk and the root systems were less important by comparison during the shoot vigorouslygrowing period- Up to the nutrient reserve period, sink strength and activity of 14C-assili-mates of the leaf decreaseed gradually while the other organs and tissues increased. As to theproportions of 14C-assilimates of the leaf decreaseed gradually while the other organs and tis-sues increased. As to the proporitions of 14C incorparated into different substances, it wasfound that the structure 14C was the largest of all,the second was the soluble l4C and thestarch l4C was least during the growth flush period. During slow growth period,the propor-tion of 14C in corporated into structural substance decreased while the souluble and starch 14increased. In nutrient reserve period, the most proportion of 14C incorporated into was thestarch,the lesser proportion was the soluble carbohydrates,and the least was the structuralsubstances.
