摘　　要：介绍了1-环己烯基乙腈的合成工艺路线和应用,研究了以环己酮和氰乙酸为原料的合成方法,将一步法操作改为二步法操作,提高产品收率,控制CO2均匀放出,消除急剧放气的爆炸危险,产品纯度98%。Synthesis process and application of 1-cyclohexenyl acetonitrile were introduced. Its synthesis method from cyclohexanone and cyanoacetic acid was studied. In stead of two-step reaction only one-step reaction was in the process which increased product yield and gave better control on the release of CO2 and eliminate the explosion risk caused by quick release of CO2. The purity of product was 98%.
