幽门弯曲菌S_1型VacA基因的检测及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究幽门弯曲菌（Ｈｐ）Ｓ１型ＶａｃＡ基因与胃十二指肠疾病的关系。方法用ＰＣＲ技术检测６０株Ｈｐ的Ｓ１型ＶａｃＡ基因。６０株Ｈｐ分别分离自８例胃癌、１９例消化性溃疡和３３例慢性胃炎患者。结果７例胃癌、１５例消化性溃疡和３例慢性胃炎患者的Ｈｐ检出Ｓ１型ＶａｃＡ基因，检出率分别为８７．５％，７８．９％和９．１％。结论感染含Ｓ１型ＶａｃＡ基因的Ｈｐ与消化性溃疡的发生有密切的关系，可能与胃癌的发生有关。Objective\ To investigate the relation between type S 1 VacA of H.pylori and gastroduodenal diseases.\ Methods\ Type S 1 VacA of 47 strains H.pylori were detected by PCR,which were isolated from 5 patients with gastric cancer,9 patients with peptic ulcer and 33 patients with chronic gastritis.\ Results\ 15 stains of H.pylori isolated from the patients,5 with gastric cancer,7 with peptic ulcer and 3 with chronic gastritis were detected having type S 1 VacA,the positive rate was 87.5%,78.9% and 9.1% respectively.\ Conclusion\ The occurence of some gastric cancer and peptic ulcer may be referred to the type S 1 VacA H.pylori infection.
