摘 要:本文主要是基于SPSS的统计分析功能,尝试研究其在油液监控数据处理与分析中的应用,利用该软件对从柴油机润滑系统中定期、持续地采集油样进行光谱分析的数据进行分析与处理,获得反映柴油机台架磨合过程的多种状态信息,判断柴油机台架磨合质量和发展变化趋势。SPSS, the world top analysis soft ware, can provides powerful data analysis and process function. In this paper, SPSS has been applied on the oil monitoring technology, which made a comprehensive and further research to the spectrometric data, discovered the hidden information and rules with a mount of original data. The author carries out descriptive statistics, correlation analysis with SPSS for oil spectrographic data of diesel engine lubricating oil, and discovers the relationship among the data to establish math mode of the wear elements, the friction parts, predict wearing developing trend. The research conclusion of this paper shows that the SPSS soft ware is feasible and available in oil monitoring technology. It can make the analysis of oil monitoring data easy and convenient, and describe the dynamic rules and trend of machinery plants. It will be very helpful and meaningful to carry out diagnosis and trend prediction.
