摘　　要：目的探讨"NP"方案化疗引起高血糖反应的情况。方法回顾性分析2006年间我科行"NP"方案化疗的30例患者血糖情况。结果30例患者中非小细胞肺癌27例,晚期乳腺癌2例,小细胞肺癌1例。17例患者均有不同程度的血糖增高反应,其中14例对化疗敏感,达到糖尿病诊断标准的4例患者均给予相应的饮食控制及降血糖处理。结论"NP"方案化疗可引起化疗中及化疗后高血糖反应,多为对化疗敏感者,多具有可逆性。Objective To explore hyperglycemia reaction induced by chemotherapy with NP regimen. Methods Plasma glucose level of 30 cases treated with NP regimen in 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients with non-small-cell lung cancer 27 cases,advanced breast cancer 2 cases,small-cell lung cancer 1 case in all 30 cases. Hyperglycemia reaction in various degrees appeared in 17 cases,and 14 cases were sensitive to chemotherapy. All 4 cases diagnosed as diabetes treated with diet control and hypoglycemic therapy. Conclusion Hyperglycemia reaction induced by chemotherapy with NP regimen during period of treatment and after it.Most of them were sensitive to themotherapy and were reversible to hyperglycemia.
