摘　　要：目的探讨微创腋臭根治手术的改进方法。方法2003年10月至2007年6月,我们收治了98例腋臭患者,均为腋窝皱襞小切口,于皮下行广泛剥离后,刮匙搔刮配合负压抽吸去除大汗腺。结果受术患者彻底去味,随访1年无复发。其中9例因搔刮过度,术后出现了水泡皮,经换药后创面延迟愈合。结论搔刮加负压抽吸是微创根治腋臭的有效方法。Objective To explore a method for the betterment of minimal treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods 98 patients were treated from October 2003 to June 2007. Operated the incision along armpit fold, then executed scratching by curette subcutaneously and vaccum-assisted liposuction to wipe off big sweat gland. Result The smell of armpit disappeared completely, without recrudescence. Nine of them were scratched too much with blister on skin surface. After changed bandage the wound healed later. Conclusion Scratching cooperated with vaccum-assisted liposuction is an effective method for the minimal treatment of bromhidrosis.
