药物性流产终止早期妊娠的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解药物性流产的用药方法及可能存在的不良反应,以提高其安全性,对防止严重不良反应的发生提出指导。方法对所在实习单位从2006年12月～2007年2月,在门诊主诉停经天数小于49天,经医生诊断,检查确诊为宫内妊娠,并自愿同意终止继续妊娠的门诊处方、治疗症及病历进行统计分析并查阅相关文献总结归纳有关开张药物流产的条件,药物流产禁忌证等的问题。结果共收集符合要求病历数236例,其中施行手术流产终止早孕147例(62.3%),施行药物流产89例(37.7%)。对施行药物流产的89例妊娠者中,对其流产效果也作相关的统计,其中完全流产者81例(91.0%),不全流产者8例(9.0%),无药物流产失败者。结论药物性流产用于终止早期妊娠的效果,以及其方便性是可以肯定的,但在施行药物流产前必须有充分的认知并在医务人员的正确指导与监察下进行,提高其安全性。Objective To carry out the sufficient acquaintance, prevent gravidity person from requiring that of medicine abortion ends gravidity blindly, improving medicine abortion security, guarding against bad grave reaction. Methods The prescription aborting to the location practice unit outpatient service from share in December 2006 to February 2007 cures a disease , medical record carries out statistic analysis and looks up the relevance document summing up the matters needing attention summing up problem about carrying out medicine abortion condition , using method and so on. Results 89 examples collecting having conforming to require that 236 is regular in medical record, to perform a surgical operation among them aborting ending early pregnancy to have 147 examples （62.3%） perform medicine abortion in total （37.7%）. In the 89 example gravidity person who aborts to performing medicine, the effect aborting to the person also does pertinent statistics, person who aborts among them completely 81 examples （91.0%）, incomplete abortion person 8 examples （9.0%）, no medicine abortion failure. Conclusion Medicine abortion termination early phase effect, whose expedience is to be able to be affirmative and having right sufficient cognition and medical personnel guiding security and supervising down are necessary before performing medicine abortion.
