摘　　要：采用泌乳盛期家兔强制断奶的方法制作乳房炎动物模型。实验结果显示,造型后家兔体温升高,乳腺组织出现红、肿、热、痛症状,白细胞计数增高,嗜中性白细胞比例大幅度上升且核左移,淋巴细胞比例大幅度降低,乳汁体细胞计数明显增多并出现乳腺组织细菌感染。The animal model for mastiffs was made by the way of weaning forcedly when the rabbit was at the high stage of lactation. After modeling, the rabbit＇s temperature rose, the breast tissue presented the symptoms of the red, the swollen, the fever and the ache, the white blood count（WBC） raised, the proportion of neutrophile rose by a big margin, the proportion of lymphocyte reduced by a wide margin in blood, the somatic cell count（SCC） in milk increased obviously and the breast tissue was infected by bacteria. The results above - mentioned indicated that the making of the animal model of mastitis was successful.
