摘　　要：佛山市城北污水处理厂(BOT项目)采用了交替式活性污泥工艺,介绍了该工艺的设计要点和参数,重点说明了防浮渣措施、隔离板设置、曝气装置及冲洗系统选择等工艺的相关设计。根据进水水质,交替式活性污泥工艺可以A/O或A/A/O的方式运行,具有占地少、处理效率高、耐冲击负荷和节约成本的特点,在用地紧张的广东地区具有一定的推广意义。Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant （BOT Project）of Foshan City adopts alternating activated sludge process. The main points and parameters in design of this process were introduced, with the emphasis on the specific design of processes such as anti-scum means, baffle, selection of aerator and washing system, and so on. According to influent quality, the alternating activated sludge process can operate flexibly in A/O or A/A/O style with merits of small land use, high treatment efficiency, resistance to shock loading, and low cost. The process is of generalization significance in Guangdong region with limited land use.
