金标免疫层析法与间接血凝法在鼠疫诊断中的比较

摘　　要：目的了解胶体金快速检测试剂盒检测鼠疫Fl抗体的应用。方法按鼠疫胶体金快速检测试剂盒的使用说明进行,并用间接血凝法(IHA)进行比较。结果检测了采集于青海鼠疫疫源地内及非疫源地血清共3 079份,检出阳性血清268份,对照组血清14份,结果均为阴性,与IHA结果基本一致。结论胶体金快速检测试剂盒诊断鼠疫简便、快速、特异、敏感,最适宜现场鼠疫检测。Objective In order to comprehend the application of the Gold Immuno - chromatographic Assay （ GICA ） kit for detecting plague F1 antibody. Methods Plague F1 antibody was detected by using GICA kit according to the operation guide of the GICA kit, and the result was compared with that of Indirect Hemagglutination Assay（ IHA ） at the same time. Results Sera of 3 079 from the domestic plague natural foci and outside the epidemic areas were detected. The results showed 268 were positive and 14 in the control group were all negative by GICA and IHA. Conclusions The GICA kit for diagnosing plague was simple , rapid, specific and sensitive. It was suitable for the present detection.
