超声评价卡托普利对犬实验性冬眠心肌的影响

摘　　要：　19只犬制成短期冬眠心肌模型，随机分为了二组，一组（n＝9）静脉注射卡托普利；另一组（n＝10）输入等量生理盐水。结果在明，卡托普利可以改善室壁运动异常，缩小心肌缺血范围（P＜0．05），有益于冬眠心肌心功能的恢复.Nineteen dog-models under artificial myocardium hibernation were established and randomly divided into two groups. Nine dogs received Captopril and ten received equal amount of normal saline solution. The results showed that Captopril can improve wall motion abnormality, reduce the range of ischemic zone (p＜0. 05) and benefit the recovery of left ventricular contractile function of the hibernating myocardium.
