彩色及脉冲多普勒超声对糖尿病患者趾动脉血流动力学的研究

摘　　要：应用彩色及脉冲多普勒超声对56例糖尿病患者趾动脉进行血流动力学研究，并以引例正常人测值对照，结果表明，胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（IDDM）患者的血管胜正常或轻度变窄，血流峰值速度轻度增快，血流量正常或稍减少；非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）患者的血管腔狭窄，血流峰值速度减慢，脉动指数降低，阻力指数增加，加速度／减速度比值增大，血流量减少。IDDM和NIDDM患者的血流量、脉动指数、阻力指数、加速度／减速度比值均相差非常显著（P＜0．01）。The hemodynamics of the digital artery in 56 patients with dibetes mellitus and 30 normal abults as control were studied using color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound.It showed that the vascular cavity normal or mild stenosed,peak forware velocity slightly increased and volume flow normal or slightly decreased were found by color and pulsed Doppldr ultrasound in insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM);while thw vascular cavity stenosed,peck forward velocity slowdown,volume flow decreased,pulsatility index reduced,resistive index increased and acceleration/deceleration ratios increased were found by color and pulsed Doppldr ultrasound in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM).The volume flow,pulsatility index,resistive index,acceleration/decelerationratios showed significant differences between IDDM and NIDDMA(P＜0.01).
