摘　　要：实现针织物连续化平幅练漂染色工艺路线包括平幅连续化练漂线的应用、冷轧堆染色的应用、平幅连续化染色后处理线的应用。文中对冷轧堆染色工艺的优势与存在的问题、新工艺对冷轧堆染色设备的要求、新型染化料助剂的应用及平幅连续水洗机的应用进行了分析和阐述。The implementation of the continuous open width scouring,bleaching and dyeing technology for knitted fabrics includes the application of the continuous open width scouring and bleaching process line,the application of the cold pad-batch dyeing process and the application of the continuous open width post treatment line. This paper analyzes the advantages and problems of the cold pad-batch dyeing process,the requirements of the new technology on the cold pad-batch dyeing process used devices,the application of the new type of dyes and auxiliaries,and the application of the continuous open width washing machine.
