摘 要:用热浸煮法制备了铵型斜发沸石,用水热离子静态交换反应考察了铵型沸石上2NH4+Cu2+离子交换平衡时的平衡交换容量、交换效率.结果表明,铵型沸石对Cu2+的交换效率随Cu2+初始浓度增加而降低,随温度升高而增加.20℃时交换效率高达62%以上.同时该离子交换过程满足L angm u ir单分子层交换行为.40℃时仅有35.8%的NH4+被Cu2+交换,这与NH4+在沸石骨架上的配位方式和位置有关.NH4^+-form clinoptilolite was prepared with the hot immersed method, the ion exchange capacity and efficiency of ion exchange reaction 2NH+ (Z)→←Cu^2+ (S) were investigated with the hydrothermal method. The results showed that, the efficiency of Cuz+ ion exchange decreased with the increasion of its initial concentration and increased with the raise of temperature, and the efficiency was more than 62% in 20℃. Meanwhile, the process of 2NH4^+ (Z)→←Cu^2+ (S) ion exchange reaction was coincident with the Langmuir isotherm model of monomolecular layer. Only 35.8% of NH4^+ ions was exchanged by Cu^2+ ions in 40℃ ,it was related with the coordinated pattern and place of NH{ ions on the clinoptilolite network.
