摘　　要：细胞生产方式(Cell Manufacturing,CM)是随着市场需求多样化而产生的,在国外企业中已经有大量的应用,主要适合小批量多品种的订单。从介绍细胞生产方式的角度入手,通过在计算机生产车间中的成功应用揭示细胞生产方式的推行步骤及其优势。具有现实指导意义。CM（Cell Manufacturing） is proposed according to the diversification of market demand which has been implicated in many enterprises oversea. It＇s mainly for orders that are small batch but multi-varieties. Will introduce the procedure for the suc- cessful application of CM in computer manufacture factory by means of analyzing it. This can be useful in production.
