摘　　要：主要以腹部器官为例，介绍Ｂ超声系统的设计、实现和应用．通过知识范围确定、表示、获取、组织及诊断过程、诊断过程中冲突的解决等的设计与描述。This paper discusses the design,practice and application in a B ultrasound diagnosis expert system the example of abdomen.By the way of knowledge decided scope,knowledge representation,knowledge acquisition,knowledge frame,diagnosis procedure,solving diagnosis procedure contraction the paper wholly introduces the design procedure and application of the B ultrasound diagnosis expert system.
