强耐酸地坪涂料的研制及应用

摘　　要：以有机硅改性环氧树脂为成膜物质,与活性稀释剂、增塑剂、钛白粉、氧化铁红、炭黑、汉沙黄、滑石粉、石英粉、沉淀硫酸钡等复配,得到地坪涂料A组分;以脂环胺加成物与聚酰胺复合固化剂为B组分;以M annich碱D M P-30为C组分;A∶B∶C=2∶1∶(0.01～0.03),得到常温固化三组分地坪涂料。该地坪涂料具有附着力强、耐酸、耐磨、抗冲刷等优点。扫描电镜分析证明涂层致密。Component A is formulated by organosilicane modified epoxy resin as binder, active diluent, platicizer, titanium dioxide, red iron oxide, carbon black, Yellow toner, talc, quartz powder, precipitated barium sulphate and et al. Component B is a kind of cycloaliphatic amide adduct - polyamide composite curing agent. Component C is a kind of Mannich alkali named DMP - 30. The three - component floor coating is obtained with the molar ratio of A ： B ： C is 2 ： 1 ： （0.01 -0. 03）. The floor coating shows good adhesion, acid resistance, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance and et al. It is proved by SEM that the coating film is compact.
