摘　　要：结合我国建筑市场现状，通过对市场结构的分析，提出应从规范市场主体、疏导市场客体入手，利用市场机制，科学地进行宏观调控。This paper deals with the present situation of the construction market in China and then suggests that we set up the standard construction market by regulating the markt subject,dredging the market object,making the use of market mechanism and engaging in the macro adjustment domination scientifically.
