摘 要:矿井多绳摩擦提升机在启、停机瞬间振动异常,对提升机的提升传动系统进行了振动测试。通过振动时域和频谱图分析,发现由于提升机工作环境潮湿,从而导致摩擦轮和主绳之间摩擦系数降低,摩擦轮和主绳之间摩擦力不足和主绳的张力交变导致自激振动。采取清理主绳和摩擦轮上的污物的措施,提高摩擦力之后,自激振动现象消失。As the abnormal vibraion occurs in the start-up and halt moment of mine multi-rope friction hoist, the paper made vibration testing to the hoisting transmission system of hoist. By the analysis to the timedomain and vibration spectrum charts, it was found that for the wet working condition of hoist, the friction coefficient between friction wheel and major rope reduced, thus the insufficiency of friction and the alternating tension of major rope led to the self-excitation vibration, which disappeared after cleaning the dirt on major rope and friction wheel to raise the friction.
