摘　　要：从振动信号的角度出发,探讨了用时域特征作为诊断参数,提取经过多分辨分析各个不同频带的时域参数作为特征向量,进行隔膜泵状态监测和故障诊断的可行性。为隔膜泵的状态监测和故障诊断方法的研究开辟了一个新思路。Initiated from vibration signal, the paper discussed the feasibility of status monitoring and malfunction diagnosis to diaphragm pump on condition that each time-domain parameters at different frequency band was abstracted as feature vector after multi-resolution analysis based on time-domain feature serving as eigenvector, which pioneers a new thinking for studying the status monitoring and malfunction diagnosis to diaphragm pump.
