对侧卸式刮板输送机卡链断链问题的研究

摘　　要：在对我国煤炭生产一线所广泛采用的侧卸式刮板输送机经常出现的"卡链"事故进行分析的基础上,对其结构提出改进意见。结果表明:改进后的侧卸式刮板输送机除保有其原各项优点外,"卡链"事故也得到有效防治,对提高我国采煤工作面机采效率有一定的现实意义。Based on the analysis to chain blocked accidents that often occurs in AFC with side discharge unit broadly applied in coal production, the paper offered the suggustion on improving the structure. The result showed that the improved AFC with side discharge unit could not reserve all the original advantage, but effectively prevent the chain blocked accident, which possesses certain practical sense for improving the mechanizing efficiency on coalface.
