唐钢FTSR薄板坯连铸连轧生产线采用铁素体区和奥氏体区轧制方式生产SPHD低碳钢板性能的研究

摘　　要：采用金相显微镜、万能试验机和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段研究了唐钢FTSR生产线铁素体区、奥氏体区轧制工艺生产的3mmSPHD低碳钢板的组织与性能。通过试验得出,当前条件下奥氏体轧制工艺更适合冷轧用钢的生产。The microstructure and mechanical properties of the low carbon steel sheet SPHD of 3 mm thickness hot-rolled in ferrite range and austenite range respectively through the FTSR line of Tangsteel Company were investigated using optimal microscopy （OP）, universal testing machine （UTM）, X-ray diffractionor （XRD）,. Therefor, rolling in austenite range is propitious to the production of cold rolled steel in the prsent stage.
