摘　　要：概述了唐钢第一钢轧厂转炉顶底复吹工艺的情况,通过对转炉冶炼工艺的优化,炉渣成分的有效控制、底吹模式的优化、溅渣护炉工艺的改进,解决了炉底上涨与透气砖侵蚀的问题,提高了底吹效果,改善了钢水质量。This paper describes the technology state of combined 1 Steel-Making and Rolling Plant of Tang Steel. By optimizing component of slag effectively, optimizing air supply model of technology of slag splashing ,the problem of bottom rising solved, the effect of bottom blown has been increased, the top and bottom blown process in NO. smelting-technology, controlling the bottom blown and improving the the and air brick corrosion have been quality of molten steel has been improved.
