冷轧压下率对SPCC钢板组织和性能的影响

摘　　要：采用唐钢冷轧薄板厂生产的热轧酸洗板,在实验室进行了冷轧压下率对冷轧钢板组织和性能影响的实验,结果表明,冷轧压下率对唐钢SPCC钢板的常规力学性能及n值无明显影响,对r值和组织有显著影响。Effect of various reduction ratios on deep - drawing properties of cold rolled steel sheet hasbeen investigated in laboratory with hot - rolled pickling coils produced in tangsteel cold rolled mill. It is concluded that cold rolled reduction ratio has no obvious effect on the conventionalmechanical properties and n - value but effective effect upontexture and r - value.
