摘　　要：福泽谕吉在十九世纪八十年代初,提出了旨在日本谋求东亚霸权的"东洋政略"主张,紧接着又提出了"脱亚论"。这两种主张在日本近现代社会对外侵略扩张的历史上交替使用,但"东洋政略"反映了日本对外侵略扩张的最终走向,"脱亚"只是一种策略。Fuzukawa proposed the opinion of ＂Toxyox Political Strategy＂ for the sake of seeking the Japan＇s supremacy in East-Asia at the beginning of 1880s, and he brought forth the ＂Theory of Abandoning Asia＂. These two kinds of propositions were used alternatively in the Japan＇s history of external expansion in modem times. However the ＂Toxyox Political Strategy＂ showed the final expansive tendency of Japan, the ＂Abandoning Asia＂ was only used as a strategy.
