摘 要:以煤油为外相进行反相乳液聚合,合成了AM/DMDAAC共聚物,将反应后的反相乳液干燥、洗涤,得到了粉末状酸液稠化剂PG-1,并用于稠化土酸有机酸混合酸。该酸液组成如下:7%~10%盐酸+2%氢氟酸+5%-8%乙酸。与国内常用酸液增稠剂CT1—6相比,在该混合酸液中PG-1的增稠性较好,耐温性略好,抗剪切性基本相同,缓速性略好,热稳定性和耐盐性良好。1.5%PG-1稠化混合酸的黏度(30℃,170s^-1)为34。6mPa·s;在90℃加热2h后和在30℃、1701/s剪切2惦,黏度均大于25mPa·s;在60℃、90℃加热4h后,黏度保留度分别为88.7%、81.2%;在60℃、90℃与孤南24块砂岩岩屑反应的有效时间超过12h。用矿化度40g/L的标准盐水配制的PG-1稠化混合酸在90℃放置4h或在常温放置15d,外观无显见的异常。图4表2参6。An AM/DMDAAC copolymer is synthesized by inversion emulsion polymerization with kerosene as dispersion phase and a powdered thickener, PG-1, for acidizing fluids is prepared by drying the inversion emulsion and washing the separated polymerizate and is used for gelling a mixed organic/mud acid. The later is composed of 7--10% hydrochloric, 2% hydrofluoric, and 5--8% acetic acids. In comparison with a commonly used acid thickener,CT1-6, PG-1 in the mixed acid has better thickening capacity, similar shearing resistance,a little better heat resistance and retarding capacity; its thermal stability and salt tolerancy are fair good. For 1.5% PG-1 gelled mixed acid,the apparent viscosity at 30℃ and 170 1/s is of 34.6 mPa's and is kept at a level of 〉25 mPa·s after 2 b.a's' heating at 90℃ or 2 hrs' shearing at 170 1/s, the apparent viscosity retention is of 88.7% and 81.2% after 4 hrs' heating at 60℃ and 90℃, respectively, and the reaction between the gelled mixed acid and the cuttings of southern Gu-24 blocked sandstone reservoir can proceed effectively over 12 hrs' and more. PG-1 gelled mixed acid prepared in a standard brine of TSD =40 g/L shows no abnormal phenomenon in appearance after standing over 4 hrs at 90℃nor over 15 days at ambient temperatures.
