摘 要:二连宝力格油田巴38断块油层强水敏,水驱用清水矿化度0.75 g/L,仅为地层水矿化度(6.74 g/L)的1/9,采出水矿化度5.58 g/L。开始注水后,注水压力迅速从10.3 MPa升至13.9 MPa。选用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵DMDAAC(40%水溶液)为黏土稳定剂,用于注水井降压增注。在60℃下,1.5%DMDAAC在清水和采出水溶液中对膨润土压片的防膨率为90.1%和93.2%,2.0%的DMDAAC则为95.5%和96.7%。注入52 PV清水、1.0%或1.5%DMDAAC清水溶液,使地层岩心的地层水渗透率分别由3.82×10-3、0.44×10-3、1.12×10-3μm2降至2.23×10-3、0.39×10-3、1.07×10-3μm2,渗透率伤害率分别为29.3%、12.5%、4.4%。该油藏的2口注水井先用土酸解堵,再注入含2.0%DMDAAC的清水,注水压力由13.9 MPa降至10.3 MPa。图3表4参4。Blocked oil reservoir Ba-38 in Baolige, Erlian, is strongly water sensitive, the fresh water for reservoir flooding has TSD = 0.75 g/L, a value 9 times as lower as that of the formation water, 6.74 g/L, and the prcduced water has TSD = 5.58 g/L. The water injection pressure is increased fast from initial value 10.3 MPa to 13.9 MPa. Commercial dimethyldiallylamrnonium chloride (DMDAAC) in 40% aqueous solution is chosen as clay stabilizer for stimulating injection wells. 1.5% DMDAAC in solution of fresh and prcduced water gives antiswelling rates for compressed bentonite of 90.1% and 93.2% and 2.0% DMDAAC-of 95.5% and 96.7 %, respectively. 52 PV of fresh water and 1.0 % and 1.5 % DMDAAC solution in fresh water injected and flown through reservoir cores leads to decrease in formation water permeability from 3.82 ×10^-3,0.44 ×10^-3, and 1.12 ×10^-3 μm^2 to 2.23 ×10^-3, 0.39 ×10^-3, and 1.07 ×10^-3 μm^2 , respectively, with the percentage permeability damage being of 29.3 %, 12.5 %, and 4.4 %, respectively. Injecting 2.0% DMDAAC fresh water solution into 2 water injection wells, pretreated by mud acid for blockage removal,results in reducing injection pressure from 13.9 to 10.3 MPa.
