Gelation Behavior of Heat Resistant and Salt Tolerant Polymer Microgelling Solution Crosslinked by an Multihydroxyl Organic Compound

摘  要:通过测定成胶溶液在75~105℃、0-180天老化过程中黏度(30℃,7.61/s)的变化,考察了一种多元羟基化合物(质量分数15%)交联的聚合物微凝胶的成胶性能。用清水配制4.0g/L的聚合物母液,用矿化度8.73g/L、pH:9.1的陈化双河油田污水稀释至设定浓度,加入交联剂溶液,控制含氧量0.1mg/L,得到实验成胶溶液。分子量1789×100、水解度24%的耶AM的最低成胶浓度为150mg/L,150-80mg/LHPAM+50~200mg/L交联剂成胶体系在90℃老化180天后,黏度在41.4-426mPa·S范围。对于400mg/LHPAM/150mg/L交联剂成胶体系(400/150体系),当聚合物水解度相同时,黏度随分子量升高而增大;当分子量相差不大时,黏度随水解度降低(39%~0%)而略有增大;含NaCI量为2.0--30g/L时黏度变化不大,但低于无盐体系,NaCI含量增至100g/L时黏度反而增大;温度由75℃升至105℃时,成胶时闻由10天缩短至0.5天。400/250体系经10cm长岩心剪切后,随流速增大(0~500m/d)成胶时间延长,成胶黏度减小。该有机微凝胶可耐温105℃,耐矿化度100g/L。图3表5参7。The gelation behavior of polymer/multihydroxyl compound (MHC) microgelling solution is investigated by measuring changes in its app viscosity at 3012 and 7.6 1/s in the course of ageing at 70-105℃ in duration of 180 days. The crosslinker used contains 15 % MHC. The microgelling solution under study is prepared by thinning 4.0 g/L concentrated polymer fresh water solution with an aged produced water of TSD = 8.73 g/L and pH= 9.1 from Shuanghe, Henan, and by mixing the solution obtained with crosslinker and is treated to dissolved oxygen content 0.1 mg/L. For a commercial polymer HPAM of M = 1. 789 × 10^7 and HD =24%, the minimal polymer concentration needed for microgel formation is of 150 rng/L and the app viscosity of 150-800(mg/ L)/50-200(mg/L) HPAM/crosslinker solution aged at 9012 in 180 days is in range 41. 4-426 mPa·s. For a 400/150 HPAM/ crosslinker solution, its app viscosity increases with increasing M value of the polymers of similar HD value and slightly increases with decreasing HD value (39%-0%) of the polymers of M value in a relatively narow range. When ageing temperature is increased from 75℃to 105℃, the gelation time is shortened from 10 to 0.5 day. For 400/150 distilled water solution with NaCl added at dosage 20-300 g/L, the app viscosity keeps relatively high and varies within a small range and an increase in app viscosity is observed at NaCl dosage 100 g/L. For 400/250 HPAM/crosslinker produced water solution flown through core 10 cm long, the gelation time prolonges and the app viscosity decreases with increasing flowing rate in core from 0 to 500 m/d. The HPAM/MHC microgel suggested has heat resistance up to 105℃ and salt tolerancy of 100 g/L.
