摘　　要：马钢热电总厂属母管制电厂,存在着控制设备陈旧、控制室分散、人员过多等弊端,为此引入了DCS控制系统。阐述了DCS网络系统的构思和实现过程,介绍了取得的成效及改进设想。Heat Power Plant of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. was a heat power plant with bus bar system and there were many shortcomings such as old control equipment, separate control room and overabundant personnel. For this reason, the DCS control system was introduced. The conception and realization procedure of the DCS network system were expounded. The achieved effects and improvement assumption were presented.
