双级斜管沉淀墙除油沉淀器在轧机水处理的应用

摘　　要：新型的双级斜管沉淀墙除油沉淀器分为两级,前一级为异向流斜管沉淀和粗粒化除油,后一级为斜管隔油。通过试验来研究其对悬浮物和油份的处理效果,结果表明双级斜管沉淀墙除油沉淀器的负荷比平流式沉淀池要高的多,而且处理效果好,悬浮物和油的去除率为80%～90%。The new de-oiling settler of two-stage inclined pipe settling wall was divided into two stages. The first stage was used for inclined pipe settling of different direction flow and coarse de-oiling. The second stage was used for oil isolation. The disposal effects of the settler for suspension and oil were studied by tests. The results showed that load of the de- oiling settler of two-stage inclined pipe settling wall was far higher than that of the flat-flow settling pond. Moreover, disposal effects of the settler were satisfactory and its removal rate of the suspension and the oil was 80%-90%, respectively.
