摘  要:简介喷煤综合自动化控制系统在天管的应用。在控制系统引入加值平均滤波算法、阶跃响应法和多项平均处理算法等,特别是对喷吹率的有效计算和调节,以及打破以往厂家成套惯例完成烟气炉与中速磨等自动控制,更有效的节约了能源。The application of the integrated automation control system for coal injection in Tianguan was presented briefly. Several algorithms were introduced in the control system, such as value adding average filtering algorithm, step response method and multi-term average processing method, especially, the effective calculation and regulation for coal injection rate. It completed the automatic control of the flue gas furnace and medium-speed grinding by breaking conventional ways of manufactures. Thus, the energy sources were saved more effectively.
