摘　　要：目的为了及时有效地控制人感染高致病性禽流感疫情,防制疫情扩散蔓延,提高病人的治愈率。方法按照各级政府和卫生行政部门防制"人感染高致病性禽流感应急预案"发现病人、报告疫情、调查和控制疫情。结果当病人转入浙江省儿童医院后及时报告疫情,深入细致地开展了流行病学调查,采集标本进行实验室检测,组织市专家组和省专家组会诊,提出了针对性的控制措施,及时有效地控制了浙江省首起人感染高致病性禽流感疫情。结论本次疫情是一起输入性的人感染高致病性禽流感疫情。早发现、早诊断、早治疗是降低人感染高致病性禽流感病死率的重要措施。Objective To control the spread of bird flu in human, to prevent the out break and enhance the cure rate of the patients infected with the disease. Methods According to the emergency plan for bird flu in human issued by government and health authorities of different levels, the report, investigation and control of outbreak were carried out. Results When the case of bird flu in human was admitted to the Children＇ s Hospital of Zhejiang province, it was reported timely and the epidemiologieal investigation was launched intensively. Samples were collected for laboatory tests. The case was diagnosed by the experts from municipal and provincial health expert groups and controlling measures were put forward to effectively prevent the spread of first bird flu case in human in Zhejiang province. Conclusion The case of human bird flu in zhejiang was imported t＇rom other province. Early report, diagnosis and treatment are the major ways to reduce the death rate of bird flu in human.
