摘  要:研究了淬火工艺对27SiMn钢组织和力学性能的影响。实验表明,830-930℃温度范围内“零保温”淬火,随淬火温度升高,27SiMn钢的强度、硬度增加;高于930℃后,强度、硬度逐步下降。该钢“零保温”淬火得到细小的板条状马氏体组织,其原因与奥氏体晶粒细化和奥氏体中碳分布不均匀有关。采用(910±10)℃淬火、(630±10)℃回火的“零保温”调质工艺处理的27SiMn钢缸体,力学性能完全满足技术要求。The effect of quenching technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 27SiMn steel was stud-ied. Experiment turns out that the strength and hardness of 27SiMn steel which was quenched in 830-930℃ with “zero holding time”, increase with quenching temperature going up, and then begin to fall down above 930℃. The fine lath martensite was obtained in the 27SiMn steel after “zero holding time” quenching, which are due to the fined austenite grain and the non-uniform density of carbon in austenite. The mechanical property of 27SiMn steel cylinder heat-treated with “zero holding time” (910±10)℃ quenching and (630±10)℃ tempering can meet the technology needs.
