摘  要:采用单辊旋铸快速凝固法制备了Cu-2.0Cr-0.3Zr(质量分数,%)合金微晶薄带,对快速凝固态合金的组织和性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,快凝态Cu-2.0Cr-0.3Zr合金的显微硬度达103 Hv,比常规固溶处理态(66 Hv)提高了56%。快凝态合金经900℃,1 h高温退火后,硬度值仍为84 HV,这一性能明显优于无氧铜,表明该合金具有良好的抗高温软化性能。此外,利用快速凝固制备的Cu-2.0Cr-0.3Zr合金固溶度可得到显著提高,且晶粒细小无偏析,组织得到明显改善。快凝态合金经900℃,1 h高温退火后,由于过饱和固溶于Cu基体的Cr析出,形成细小均匀弥散的Cr粒子,使得晶粒长大不明显,细晶强化仍起作用。Investigation on the microstructures and properties of the Cu-2.0 Cr-0.3 Zr( wt% ) micro-crystallite thin strip, which was produced by single-roller melt spinning, has been conducted. It is worth noting that the micro-hardness of rapidly solidified Cu-Cr-Zr alloy is 103 Hv, which shows an incredible increment of 56% compared to that of the general solidified alloy (66 Hv). The micro-hardness of the rapidly solidified Cu-2.0 Cr-0.3 Zr alloy, remains 84 HV under the annealing condition of 900℃ for 1 h, which indicates the excellent softening resistance at high temperatures. Further- more, the much extension of solubility can be increased and the remarkable refinement of microstructures of the men- tioned alloy can be improved by rapid solidification technique. Under the annealing condition of high temperature of 900℃ for 1 h, the grains grow inconspicuously and the effect of fine grain strengthening still valid, due to the very fine and disperse Cr particles precipitating from the supersaturated solid solution.
