癌症患者应对策略的特点及其与社会支持的关系

摘　　要：目的调查和分析癌症患者应对策略的特点及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用医用应对问卷、社会支持评定量表等测查工具对205名癌症患者进行调查。结果（1）癌症患者应对策略可以聚类为两类：屈服应对型和灵活应对型。屈服应对患者在面对应对[（14．27±2．17）分VS（19．02±2．37）分，P〈0．01]和回避应对[（16．03±1．69）分VS（17．33±1．76）分，P〈0．01]上低于灵活应对型，在屈服应对[（10．11±1．72）分VS（9．23±1．93）分，P〈0．01]上高于灵活应对。（2）屈服应对型患者的主观社会支持[（12．50±2．36）分VS（13．77±2．32）分，P〈0．01]、客观社会支持[（9．64±1．37）分VS（10．32±1．82）分，P〈0．01]和支持总分[（30．48±3．63）分VS（32．73±4．06）分，P〈0．01]都显著低于灵活应对型患者。结论癌症患者可分为屈服应对型和灵活应对型两种应对类型，屈服应对型患者获得的社会支持少于灵活应对型患者。Objective To explore cancer patients＇ coping strategies features and relationships with social supports. Methods The medical coping strategy questionnaire and the social support questionnaire were adminis- trated to a sample of 205 cancer patients. Results There were two coping strategies types generalized by cluster analysis ： subdued-coping and flexible-coping. The subjective and objective social supports of the subdued-coping were lower than that of the flexible-coping. Conclusion There were two coping strategies types of the cancer pa- tients： subdued-coping and flexible-coping and the subdued-coping had less social supports.
