老年期抑郁症患者瞬目反射及事件相关电位P300的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年期抑郁症与瞬目反射、事件相关电位P300的关系。方法对35例老年期抑郁症患者进行瞬目反射、事件相关电位P300检测，并对30例正常老年人进行瞬目反射检测。结果患者组潜伏期指标左侧R2（34、97±7．93）ms、右侧R2（34．55±7．78）ms、左侧R2’（34．59±8．26）ms、右侧R2’（34．68±7．68）ms，均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；患者组瞬目反射、事件相关电位P300相关，其中瞬目反射左右侧R2、右侧R2’与P300N2负相关，相关系数分别为-0．4766、-0．4242和-0．5121。病程、HAMD评分与瞬目反射各项指标变化无显著相关性。结论老年期抑郁症患者存在瞬目反射的异常，提示老年期抑郁症患者可能存在脑干功能障碍，并影响其认知功能。Objective To evaluate the relationship among depression in old age, blink reflex （BR） and event-related potential P300. Methods Blink reflex （BR） and event-related potential P300 of 35 clinically diag- nosed depression in old age and BR of 30 healthy controls respectively. Results The index of R2 and R2＇ latency in bilateral are significantly higher than in the control group（ P〈 0.01 ） ; BR and event-related potential P300 have no pertinence. R2 in BR, R2＇ in the right are of adverse pertinence to P300. Ⅲ stage , HAMD scores are of no per- tinence to the BR. Conclusion There is abnormity of blink reflex in depression of old age, and it denotes that there is functionary disorder in the stem brain in depression of old age and have influence on cognition.
