摘  要:目的 探讨初步编制的儿童心理虐待与忽视量表在大学生中应用的信度和效度。方法 对457名大学生进行一般资料问卷、儿童心理虐待与忽视量表、儿童虐待史问卷(CECA.Q)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)的调查,2周后对53名学生进行儿童心理虐待与忽视量表的重测。结果 (1)总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.858,重测相关为0.769。(2)心理虐待分量表和忽视分量表与总量表相关系数分别为0.793和0.855,分量表之间相关系数为0.439;验证性分析显示二因素二阶模式与理论构想吻合度较好。(3)总量表、心理虐待分量表和忽视分量表与CECA.Q精神虐待部分相关系数分别为0.489,0.359,0.483。(4)大学生童年期心理虐待组或忽视组在SCL-90各个因子上得分较高,与对照组差异有非常显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 儿童心理虐待与忽视量表在大学生群体中有较好的信效度。Objective To lest the reliability and validity of the Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale (CPANS) in college students, Methods Four hundred and fifty-seven college students were investigated with CPANS, Childhood Experience of Care and Abuse Questionnaire ( CECA. Q) , Symptom Checklist 90 as well as social-demological questions. 53 students were retested with CPAN two weeks late. Results ( 1 ) The Cronbach's alpha coefficients and test-retest coefficients of CPANS were 0.858 and 0. 769 respectively. (2) Correlations between scores of abuse subscale or neglect subscale and total scores of CPANS were 0. 793,0. 855 respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated the two second-order model fitted well. (3) Criteria-related validity analysis indicated the correlation coefficient between each subscale or the total scores and the CECA. Q ranged from 0.359 to 0. 489. (4) Empirical validity results showed when comparing to the control group, the group of college students who have been psychologically abused or neglected in their childhood has got higher scores in each factor of the SCL-90( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CPANS has an acceptable reliability and validity in college student population.
