摘　　要：针对DICOM3.0标准,详细分析了DICOM文件结构及DICOM数据集,给出了其中一些关键技术问题及相应的解决措施。最后基于VC.Net2003开发出一种DICOM医学图像处理软件,该软件能实现DICOM医学图像的显示、测量以及与通用图像格式转换等功能。DICOM standard is the international standard in medical digital imaging and communication. It provides the unique criterion for medical equipment manufacturers and users. The analyzing and interpreting of DICOM standard files is one of the important technol- ogies for medical image after- processing and PACS. In this paper, the DICOM file structure and DICOM dataset are analyzed, and then some significant technical problems and solutions are presented; Finally, we develo Pa kind of DICOM medical image processing software which can perform the function of displaying, measure and transformation.
