中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋55例

摘　　要：观察中药养心滋肾汤配合西药与常规方法治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。将65例突发性耳聋患者随机分为2组,分别给予养心滋肾汤配合西药(治疗组)及常规药物(对照组)治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组在听力方面总有效率分别为93.10%、58.33%,二者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);在耳鸣方面总有效率分别为81.82%、50.00%,二者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);在改善情绪方面二者比较亦具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用中药养心滋肾汤治疗突发性耳聋有较佳疗效。To compare the clinical effects between Yiangxin zishen decoction and the traditional therapy in treating sudden deafness. 65 patients were randomly individed into two groups, the treatment group （55 cases） received Yiangxin Zishen decoction plus western medicine, and the control group （10 cases） with traditional drugs only, and the total effective rates of the two groups were compared in hearing, tinnitus and emotion. The results showed that the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group in hearing were 93.10% and 58.33% respectively, there was significant difference between them （P〈0.01）; and in tinnitus were 81.82% and 50.00% respectively, there was difference （P〈0.05）; these was difference in emotion too （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Yiangxin zishen decoction is an effective drug for sudden deafness.
